NOTE: Due to an unpredictable vaccine supply, not all vaccines are available at all times for all children. If you are less than 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please contact the immunization coordinator (LouAnn Sherck: 499-4182 extension 1) for more information.

• Vaccines (Vacunas en Español) are given based on guidelines from the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) schedule

For children:The Immunization Clinic administers free of charge the following vaccines to children through 18 years of age:

Diphtheria, Tetanus, and acellular Pertussis (DTaP)
• Td (Tetanus, Diphtheria)
Hib - human influenza type B
• Varicella - chicken pox
• IPV - injectable polio vaccine
• MMR - measles, mumps, rubella
• HEP B - hepatitis B
• HEP A - hepatitis A (age 12 to 23 months)
• MCV4 - Meningococcal (college freshman)
• PCV7 - pneumococcal conjugate
• Rota Teq™ - Rotavirus 
Influenza - flu (seasonal)("Flu") ("La Gripa/Gripe")
